Founded in 2007, BuyGage has been working towards building an online store to help you with your measurement needs. BuyGage is staffed by measurement experts, not website developers.  Our experts spend a great deal of time in customer facilities (in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and  Michigan), as well as with vendors and at trade shows.  This approach requires a great deal of time and dedication, but benefits our customers by having a sales staff that understands not only our products, but the industry, materials, products, and applications in which they are used.

Over the years and in past roles, our sales engineers have experience in many areas... Our vision is to create a place where measurement experts and novices alike can get expert advice, an extensive product lineup with thorough descriptions, competitive prices, and a secure, pleasant shopping experience.

HISTORY

In 2007, BuyGage opened its online doors for the measurement community.  We received a favorable response from our customers, and very quickly outgrew the original store.  The store was "moved" to a more powerful platform that allows us to better organize the products and provide you with a more pleasant shopping experience.

Throughout this process, we have explored many ways to list the 14,000 plus products we have available.  Many stores will perform a mass "upload" of pricing and basic descriptions, but we feel this does not adequately support our mission of providing extensive information and graphics to increase understanding of the products offered.  For this reason, we have chosen to take the road less traveled, and that is to enter each product individually, investing the time necessary to make each product description as complete as possible to allow you to make informed buying decisions.
